85 gr unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp roasted almond, roughly chopped 

Combined the crushed biscuits and chopped almond, then stir in the melted butter. Mix well.

Masih ada sisa Cream Cheese (seuprit) sisa pesenan Tiramisu Cupcake. Mau dibikin RVC so pastinya bakalan gersang banget. Akhirnya pilihan jatuh sama Chocolate Devil's. Mumpung sisa Rich's Whipped Cream masih memadai buat dibikin ganache.


Ini Devil's versi American Style. Jumlah telornya gak bikin mlotot. Selain itu resep ini gak pake bahan kimia sama sekali. Beneran baru tau ada makanan yang namanya Gnocchi. Sekilas mirip pasta atau raviolli, tapi terbuat dari kentang. Kayaknya kok gampang, cobain aaah... Ternyata embertaaa... Gampang dan hasilnya enduaang. Chewy, kenyal, dan mengenyangkan... I like it even better than pasta.

Sedikit dimodif dengan nambahin italian herbs ke dalamnya. Rasanya enak, gurih, tapi kok ya susah bener keringnya. Kalau mau coba, kayaknya terigunya mending disangrai dulu, lalu usahain menggilas adonan lebih tipis. KBB 15 dengan teman Chocolate Baking. Pengerjaannya agak ribet soalnya harus bikin cake, cookies, ganache, dan diakhiri dengan assembling. Hasil akhir gak begitu nendang.. Adonan cookies banyak banget left over nya. Akhirnya di sandwich dengan ganache tanpa mud cake. Justru cookies sandiwch ini yang laku. Kalo yang pake cake didalemnya malah garing.. :D
